For Dr. Ferjenel Biron, a medical doctor by profession, a successful business magnate, an inspiring lawmaker, and a public servant as a tireless Congressman of the 4th District of Iloilo Province, he defines himself better by shaping his life as a strong-willed and passionate youth leader.

Growing up poor in the town of Barotac Nuevo, Iloilo, the youngest son of a government employee father and a dedicated teacher mother, Biron hurdled the pains and challenges of poverty, rising up with his selfless dream to serve other people, and ultimately becoming a man of great leadership and successful pathway in life.
