Leadership the hard way – The Story of Audie Murhpy
On a hot day in June, near Salzburg, Germany, a young Texan slowly climbed the rickety stairs of a large wooded platform. The platform was strategically located in the center of an open field that was full of men who were there to watch a ceremony.
The young Texan, only twenty-one years old, looked more like a youthful high school student than, an officer in the United States Army.
